Joe Biden should still be sweating out whether he actually won the election or not. Instead, he is already deciding on a cabinet and working on his executive orders. He’s not even planning on crafting any legislation, he’s simply going to ram his preferred laws down our throats without so much as a worry or a care.
Law-abiding citizens had better prepare themselves accordingly. “Joe Biden plans to move quickly against guns, adding the issue to his list of first executive orders, according to his top policy aide. Stef Feldman, the national policy director of Biden’s presidential campaign, included the Democrat’s gun plan in a list of initial executive actions set to be unleashed after Inauguration Day,” reads the report in the Washington Examiner.
That’s not all, either. Feldman had more to say on the topic. “Speaking in a Zoom briefing hosted by Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service, she said that Biden is planning to “make big, bold changes through executive action, not just on policing and climate as we talked about previously, but in healthcare and education on gun violence, on a range of issues.”
She added that “there’s really a lot you can do through guidance and executive action.” It is expected that Biden will use executive orders, especially if the Democrats don’t win both Georgia special Senate elections,” the Examiner concludes. It’s interesting to note that none of this ever came up during the debates.
Joe Moderate did not want to risk losing any votes, so he lied to the people and got his way. “Gun control groups are asking Biden to create a “cabinet-adjacent” position in the White House to coordinate gun control efforts. I wonder who Biden might have in mind for the job?” Cam Edwards wondered. He’s correct to do so.
It feels like the early stages of his presidency are going to be focused on the idea of proving to people that he is not Trump. The same Democrats who did not like his executive orders and felt them to be a breach of proper etiquette are going to swallow those words as soon as ‘ol Sleepy takes office. Cam’s speculation has forced us to engage in a bit of our own.
We would be willing to bet that Beto O’Rourke will be heavily involved in any effort to take firearms away from the American public. It’s something he’s joked about a lot but we know that he won’t be taking any guns from us directly. Beto does not have the guts for that. Trump did his best to warn people about what would be coming their way but no one wanted to listen.
Maybe once their personal rights are being infringed upon, things will make more sense to them. There is no shortage of leftist legislation that Biden plans to push through and anyone who thinks otherwise is being willfully ignorant. If the Democrats were fine with stealing an election, what’s to stop them from continuing to behave like mafia members once they are in the White House?
The Senate is the last bastion of defense but Biden does not even care about that. If the runoff does not go the Democrats’ way, he plans on sending executive orders through to do the job. It’s just interesting to see all of the people who had such a huge problem with Trump issuing executive orders remaining silent on this one.
Oh, we get it. They are bad when the orange man files them and only then. Otherwise, they are a wonderful part of the democratic process. Justice for me but not for thee! This is the exact nonsense that we were trying to avoid but Americans decided that they were fine with watching an election get stolen right out from under them. Biden fears what will happen once the populace is fed up entirely and the gun control orders are just the first step.
