Democrats are rallying their efforts in all the blue states to expand the way people can vote. Their latest attempt to extend the voting date beyond election day has been met with a severe challenge from President Trump and all the other Republicans fighting to keep the election fair. Minnesota Democrats want to extend the deadline on election day so they can fraudulently turn in as many ballots that they can from the illegal ballot harvesting they have done.
The State high court sent out a reprimand to the liberals for not asking for the request earlier. Just days before the election, the liberals wanted to extend the time. Their request is beyond the request and settlement that was reached back in July.
Both political parties agreed to extend the election deadline for mail ballots by seven days. This was done because the whiny liberals stated that COVID-19 was going to be a burden to voters. There would be people that would not vote because of the coronavirus fear that liberals continue to push. It is so clear that the only reason COVID-19 is still around this late in the year is because of the Democrats’ use for political gain.
There has been an attempt to challenge the July agreement. Until recently, there has been little progress made to undo the trouble the liberals have caused. But now it seems that the courts are going to strike down the agreement and not allow the extension to take place. The judges who ruled over the case see this as an attempt by the liberals to cheat.
The court stated that the “Election Clause of the US Constitution vests all authority for setting the “time, place, and manner” of federal elections in the legislature of each state, and state executive officials lack authority to make changes to the laws as set by the legislature.”
This means that no executive branch politician can change the election time. The legislature of the state can only do that. So, this means that “only the Minnesota Legislature, and not the Secretary, has plenary authority to establish the manner of conducting the presidential election in Minnesota.”
This blow to the Democratic Party is enormous. Their attempt to blast their way back into power just had a bunch of water dumped all over them. No ballot turned in after 3:00 pm by hand will be counted, and no ballot by mail will be accepted past 8:00 pm. Any ballot received after those times will be marked as late and tossed in the trash.
The court went on to note that “the Secretary’s attempt to re-write the laws governing the deadlines for mail-in ballots in the 2020 Minnesota presidential election is invalid. However well-intentioned and appropriate from a policy perspective in the context of a pandemic during a presidential election, it is not the province of a state executive official to re-write the state’s election code, at least as it pertains to the selection of presidential electors. The democratically-enacted election rules in Minnesota provide that mail-in votes must be received by 8:00 pm on Election Day in order to be counted (or 3:00 pm if delivered in person).”
Democrats seek power for themselves and will do anything they can to achieve that power. They are known to crush people who stand in their way and physically attack those who do not move. President Trump is a good picture of the treatment that they are willing to dish out towards people that oppose their reigns of crime.
President Trump is the candidate of law and order. He is also the only candidate that stands for fairness and honesty. He has never lied to the American people. He tells the truth and does what he says he will do.
The promise of 2016 has all been satisfied, and now he is in the business of making new ones for the next four years. And regardless of political affiliation, those promises will benefit every single American. President Trump is not a political president. He is a people’s president because he serves them and not the hotheads of the Democratic Party.
